Stephen Slater:
Founder/Principal
As the founder of Blu Croix Ltd., Mr. Slater has used his extensive knowledge in entitlement matters to assist corporate clients throughout the Americas with their real estate transactions. With a background in both the public and private sectors, Mr. Slater has managed a variety of disposition projects for a number of Fortune 500 companies, including AT&T, Time Warner, Verizon, Frontier Communications, and 20th Century Fox. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from Miami University, Ohio, and he also holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
Mike Morgan:
Director of Projects
Mr. Morgan joined Blu Croix in 2000. As the Director of Projects, Mr. Morgan is responsible for obtaining numerous land use entitlements required to expand a multitude of telecommunication facilities. Mr. Morgan routinely conducts on-going market research, community consensus building (by way of neighborhood meetings), escrow closings, title and zoning analysis, and general project administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California, majoring in Urban Planning and Development
Eric Allen:
Project Manager
Mr. Allen has been a project manager with Blu Croix for nearly three years. During that time, he has served clients with land use services that range from simple entitlements, to complex disposition projects. He also carries an extensive scientific background with an environmental focus, and looks forward to assisting with Blu Croix’s growth of environmental offerings. Mr. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from Otterbein University and a Master of Science in Energy Policy and Climate from John Hopkins University.
Marilyn Warren:
Project Manager
Marilyn Warren has been associated with Blu Croix Ltd. for over 15 years. Her background experience includes obtaining zoning, construction, and easement rights for commercial and telecommunication clients. She has over eight years in the telecommunication industry and has represented Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile in various capacities in most city and county jurisdictions across the Southland.
